Woman claims Michael Jackson molested her as a child: lawsuit

Michael Jackson has a new child sex accuser — and this time it’s a woman.

A plaintiff identified only as Jane Doe filed a negligence lawsuit against the late King of Pop’s corporate entities Tuesday claiming Jackson molested her as a child then paid close to a million dollars in hush money to keep her quiet.

The anonymous woman claims she was 12 years old when her parents took her and her brothers on a sightseeing trip that included a stop outside Jackson’s teen home in Los Angeles.

The family was outside the Hayvenhurst mansion when Jackson rolled up in a Mercedes and invited the accuser and her mother to come inside and see his “candy area,” the lawsuit states.

Jackson allegedly acquired the family’s home phone number and began grooming and sexually abusing the woman over a three-year period that ran from 1986 until she was 15 years old in 1989, the paperwork states.

The “Thriller” singer gave the underage girl what he termed “movie kisses” — in which he tongue kissed her on the mouth and body — and he also rubbed his genitals on hers and partially penetrated her, the lawsuit states.

Jackson showered the accuser with gifts and letters of affection, she claims.

“I really like talking to you and you are so sweet. But you cannot play Monopoly,” one handwritten note attached as an exhibit in the Los Angeles filing reads.

“I love you sooo much also you’r making me love you even more the more I talk to you I’m crazy about you all my love Michael,” another alleged note reads.

Jackson spoke to the accuser on the phone for hours at a time, urging her to keep their relationship “secret,” the filing claims.

Jackson abused her at his Hayvenhurst house as well as at his Neverland ranch and on the Universal Studios set of Moonwalker, the lawsuit states.

Banking records included with the filing allegedly show Jackson authorized around $900,000 in payments to the girl, including a $600,000 cashier’s check in December 1993.

The new lawsuit was filed by the same firm representing Wade Robson, 34, and James Safechuck, 38, in their highly similar complaints against MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures.

The related complaints accuse the companies of operating an elaborate child sex syndicate that allowed Jackson to abuse underage victims with impunity.

A lawyer for Jackson and his companies did not immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday.

The lawyer previously dismissed the Safechuck and Robson filings as “ludicrous” and without merit.

In the new Jane Doe lawsuit, lawyers John Manly and Vince Finaldi said Jackson’s unidentified handlers “failed to implement reasonable safeguards” to keep kids safe around the entertainer.

"Jackson was a pedophile who consumed children, and in order to do that he needed money and help," Manly previously told The News.
